Qualifications

• Experience with exposition cooking and cost controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of the food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Oversee P&L accountability and contract-managed service considerations.
• Lead menu development, cost controls and purchasing with focus on local ingredients.
