Urban Egg is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee daily operations, innovate menu offerings, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
• The Culinary Manager may develop new and inspiring dishes for the menu

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

Requirements

• Minimum of (2) years as a Culinary Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant
• Successful candidates should be thoughtful leaders, confident decision-makers, and quality-focused.
• Able to effectively manage staff.

• Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting, inventory control and scheduling
