As a Line Cook, you will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean workspace, monitor food quality, and assist with all kitchen operations. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service.
• Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift.
• Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor food quality and freshness; report any inconsistencies.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader.

The Culinary Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Kickback Jack’s recipes and quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, line cooks ensure food is cooked to perfection and plated correctly for a great guest experience.
