Battleground Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Culinary Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to Kickback Jack’s recipes and standards. In this fast-paced kitchen, you will ensure each dish is cooked to perfection and presented well for guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, will be able to follow recipes accurately, and will maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.

Descripción del empleo

The Culinary Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Kickback Jack’s recipes and quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, line cooks ensure food is cooked to perfection and plated correctly for a great guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service.
• Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift.
• Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor food quality and freshness; report any inconsistencies.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader.
