Job summary

Auberge Collection invites rising hospitality graduates to join its Management Development Program (MDP), a 12-month on-property paid training that blends hands-on work with professional development. The program offers two phases: Phase 1 Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2 Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development.

Participants rotate through Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms, with potential placement in a management role upon completion, and relocation

Qualifications

  • Student or graduate from accredited hospitality school in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-property rotations across departments.
  • Complete the two-phase development plan (Phase 1 & Phase 2).
  • Assist managers and team members as needed.
  • Attend Monthly MDP meetups and mentorship sessions.

The Management Development Program (MDP) is a 12-month on property paid training and development program. The program path consists of 80% work experience and 20% professional development. The program is broken into two main phases: Phase 1 - Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2 - Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development.

Auberge Resorts currently offers several dedicated paths, with focus areas in: Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms. Candidates will be asked during the recruitment phase to select their path of focus as well as their preferred property location.

Upon completion of all program components, the MDP will be placed into a management role (based on availability and willingness to relocate).

Please note this program has been exclusively designed for students or graduates from an accredited hospitality school within the United States.

The Management Development Program is specifically tailored for students or graduates from accredited hospitality schools within the United States. While prior experience in hospitality is preferred, the following qualities are essential:

  • A demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven willingness to learn, coupled with curiosity, resilience, and self‑motivation.
  • The ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A keen interest in leadership and career advancement.
