Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Floating Support Chef Manager in MA/NH/ME. This role reports to the General Manager or Regional VP and drives culinary results while managing service, production, and presentation standards across client sites.

You will oversee food production, manage menu costs, vendor relationships, and staff scheduling while ensuring safety, sanitation, and excellent customer service. Annual revenue responsibility up to $500k and a path for growth are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years’ experience in food service management.
• Culinary school certificate or degree; Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification, Choke Safety Certification, Allergen Awareness Certification (MA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute culinary results to exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee culinary and financial operations to meet service, production, and presentation standards.
• Manage client relationships to maintain client satisfaction and account retention.
