Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen and drive culinary quality within our café environment. You will mentor a kitchen team, manage daily operations, and partner with the Chef de Cuisine to build strong stakeholder relationships.

You will champion food safety and workplace safety, aiming to deliver exceptional dishes and an outstanding guest experience while managing budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience in a high-volume, quality-focused food service environment.
• Strong leadership and safety culture advocacy in the kitchen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to guide and inspire a team.
• Proficient with computers and Google Suite tools.
