Qualifications

• Physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• Uniforms and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules daily work assignments for the food service team and oversees task completion.
• Trains staff on duties, food safety, sanitation procedures, and cooking methods.
• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with required ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming and peeling.
• Safely utilizes knives and other utensils during food prep.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various cooking methods.
• Garnishes and portions food according to guidelines.
• Stores food following safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and ensures asset security.
