Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Culinary Department Manager to oversee the operation of the Culinary Department in a facility. You will supervise hourly staff and work with the Executive Chef to develop menus and assist with ordering.

This role offers an entrepreneurial environment within a contract food service company, with opportunities to roll out new culinary programs, manage cost controls, and collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to deliver cutting-edge dining

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required/preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and email/internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditure management.
• Assist in planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
