Job Summary

The Lead Cook ensures the highest quality of culinary services for our Members and guests. This role maintains consistent food preparation and presentation for à la carte venues and catered events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Set up and organize daily prep work and workstations.
2. Prepare and store all food items needed for the station, adhering to quality standards.
3. Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef regarding special products or issues with food quality or presentation.
4. Maintain proper cooking techniques as designated by the Chef(s).
5. Receive and store purchased kitchen goods as requested.
6. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and kitchen equipment.
7. Notify supervisors of Member/Guest complaints and practice service recovery.
8. Interact professionally with Members/Guests, assisting with changes and last-minute requests.

About You

• 1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
