Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Lead Cook in Park Ridge, IL to supervise kitchen staff and ensure top quality hot and cold preparations. You will manage line cooks, prep staff, and displays while meeting customer specifications and Air Culinaire standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of kitchen experience, ServSafe certification, and a passion for culinary artistry. On-site work with comprehensive benefits and a potential for growth within ACW.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of kitchen experience in catering or fine dining.
• Experience with Italian cuisine and catering is a plus.
• ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead cooks and prep staff, supervise line operations and presentation.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cost guidelines per ACW standards.
• Train and audit trays and displays for food safety and quality.
• Coordinate with GM to improve quality and efficiency.
