In this position you will be responsible for:

• Prepare and cook food of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or function.
• Learning the menu and understanding the preparation, ingredients, and presentation of each item.
• Keep area clean according to Board of Health standards.
• Follow directions for food preparation.
• Desire to achieve a consistent level of perfection in food preparation in order to have uniformity in presentation and waste management
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participants will be onboarded via an orientation, where they will be introduced to all staff in the kitchen department, and also learn about the policy's and standard.
• Participants will rotate through various phases, learning the more advanced cooking techniques, that are used by the Naples Grande Beach resort Chefs.
• Naples Grande is a big resort and we'd love to host an experienced candidate who will be successful in our fast paced environment.
