CocuSocial is seeking a passionate Culinary Instructor to lead hands-on cooking classes that excite and educate participants of all levels. In this in-person role, you'll showcase techniques in popular cuisines and help guests discover joy in cooking.

Preferred expertise includes French macarons, handmade pasta, dumplings, pad thai or ramen, and a commitment to food safety and exceptional instruction. This part-time, contract position offers a flexible schedule and real opportunity to shape

Qualifications

Experience as culinary instructor or chef in a professional kitchen.
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation (ServSafe preferred).
Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse groups.
Passion for teaching and sharing culinary expertise.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct engaging, hands-on cooking classes tailored to a range of skill levels.
Demonstrate essential cooking methods and ensure proper food handling throughout sessions.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
Oversee class setup, ingredient prep, and other logistical details.
Offer guidance and feedback during class to support student success.
Stay informed about culinary trends and continuously improve course content.
