Qualifications

  • Preferred: college diploma or higher in culinary arts or related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver entry-level culinary instruction to students at McRae Correctional Facility.
  • Demonstrate appropriate teaching techniques and testing/grading procedures.
  • Maintain grade books and records accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with students and staff.
  • Follow approved course syllabus and current in-field procedures.
  • Complete all reports, maintain inventory of assigned properties.
