Paycom - ATS is seeking a competent line cook for its Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage kitchen. The role requires a minimum of two years in a production kitchen, strong guest-service skills, and expert knife abilities.

You will follow recipes precisely and help manage soups and sauces while ensuring clean, organized work areas. You will collaborate with the team to deliver high-volume, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced casino environment, adhering to health and safety standards while communicating

Formación

• Minimum two years kitchen experience in a production environment.
• Exemplary communication and guest service skills in English.
• Professional knife skills are required.
• Knows soups and sauces production and extensive culinary vocabulary.
• Ability to follow recipes with weights and measures precisely.
• Operates common kitchen equipment (mixers, braises, tilt kettles) efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares food safely and efficiently in a high-volume setting.
• Follows recipes with high quality and consistency.
• Assists team with prep, receiving and stewarding duties as needed.
• Supports buffet production and food transport/ receiving tasks.
• Maintains organized refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
• Communicates with guests regarding produced food and service.
