As a culinary consultant and educator, you will lead product and training demonstrations, identify trends, and collaborate with Regional Culinary Managers to bring exclusive products to life for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer consultation and relationship building with Sales and leadership functions.
• Engage with the local restaurant community to cultivate growth opportunities.
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers by asking questions, identifying pain points, and proposing mutually beneficial solutions.
• Lead culinary demonstrations and training materials to drive adoption of exclusive products and offerings.
• Plan and execute events, product cuttings, and sales meetings with the area team.
• Provide kitchen/operations assessments and collaborate with ROC partners to address opportunities.
