Qualifications

• 5 years executive level restaurant chef experience leading a 4- or 5-Diamond luxury property with fine dining and high-volume operations.
• Associate degree in culinary arts or an equivalent recognized training program.
• Experience managing 100+ culinary staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and automated restaurant systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across multiple outlets and ensure high standards.
• Control costs, manage budgets, and drive revenue while maintaining quality.
• Plan and price menus, manage production, and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Train and develop kitchen staff, conduct performance reviews, and guide team morale.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership on specials, events, and guest experience improvements.
