Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Culinary Assistant Project Manager to join the National team. The role supports back-of-house and front-of-house operations with a focus on event execution and client service.

Ideal candidates bring culinary experience, staff leadership, and strong coordination skills to ensure food and service quality across events. Travel may be required to support events and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Culinary degree preferred; college degree may be accepted.
• Valid Driver's License required; culinary training/certs a plus.
• 3 years Chef experience or 5 years kitchen ops experience.

Responsabilités

• Receives and reviews information from PM on contracted event(s).
• May be involved in site walks and load lists for events.
• Trains kitchen staff/temporary labor and ensures ingredients are loaded.
• Oversees event staff and coordinates pre-event huddles and timelines.
• Final walks before event; ensures food/beverage timing and quality.
• Communicates event details to management and client liaisons.
