Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Culinary Assistant Project Manager to support the culinary team and client relationships on events nationwide. You’ll coordinate back-of-house operations, staffing, and equipment to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Culinary degree preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Culinary training or certifications is a plus.
• 3 years Chef experience or 5 years heavy kitchen operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews information from PM on contracted event(s).
• May be involved in site walks.
• Completes load lists for events.
• Trains kitchen staff/temporary labor.
• Menu – Ensures all ingredients are available and loaded.
• Coordinates pre-event huddles and timelines with staff and management.
• Oversees and directs event staff.
