Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Culinary Assistant Project Manager in Fort Stockton, TX. This role supports the culinary team and client relationships by managing back- and front-of-house operations for events, ensuring timely prep and execution.

The position requires culinary training or a related degree, plus hands-on kitchen leadership experience. Travel up to 60 days may be required, with competitive hourly compensation and solid employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Culinary degree preferred.
• College Degree (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 3 years Chef experience or 5 years heavy kitchen operational management.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews information from PM on contracted event(s).
• May be involved in site walks.
• Completes load lists for events.
• Trains kitchen staff/temporary labor.
• Menu – makes sure ingredients are available and loaded.
• Oversees and directs event staff.
• Final walk 30 minutes before event starts.
• Assists with prep, coordination, and timing of food and beverage.
• Communicates event details to management and client.
