Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in kitchen management or food service leadership.
• Performance management skills.
• Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications.

• Follow corporate menus and standards.
• Manage inventory and food/supplies budget.
• Assist with planning and developing weekly menus.
• Ensure sanitation and proper food handling; observe IDDSI diets.
• Train and supervise dining staff; conduct performance reviews.
