Morrison Living is seeking a Chef Manager/Director to support training initiatives, food programs, and events with account Chefs and teams. You will manage menu development, cost controls, and sourcing with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires culinary leadership and hands-on operations experience, with a deep commitment to training, development, and recognition of staff. This position offers growth within a renowned hospitality provider.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or four-year culinary development experience.
• 5 years of relevant culinary experience; at least one year in culinary management.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high standards for all Food Programs and safety.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with local sourcing.
• Applies knowledge of food trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
