Arrow Senior Living in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Culinary Director for The Riverside at Maumelle Senior Living. You will lead the culinary team, ensure high-quality dining experiences, and manage menus and portions while maintaining food safety and waste control.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) with a pay range of $65,000 to $70,200 and up to $4,000 in annual bonuses. Riverside location provides indoor work with events outside as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior housing or related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision abilities.
• Proficient written and oral communication with management and staff.
• Formal culinary/food service training; equivalent supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to email effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Culinary department delivering five-star service front and back of house.
• Ensure items are prepared to culinary standards and minimize waste.
• Develop menus based on resident preferences, using fresh foods.
