Qualifications

• Three (3) years of specialized experience in a culinary role.
• Three (3) full years of graduate level education.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and supervise food production.
• Plan menus and manage budgets for the Food & Beverage operation.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and health standards across kitchens and dining areas.
• Maintain inventory controls and cost management for food and beverages.
