Job summary

The Northbridge Companies is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to support both dining room and kitchen areas, working closely with our Culinary Director. You will help ensure dishes are prepared, served, and cleaned up while engaging with residents in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with residents.
Flexibility to adapt to changing roles during shifts.
Patience when assisting residents and team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety in dining/kitchen areas.
Willingness to learn and follow site policies.

Responsibilities

Prep food as needed per the Culinary Director.
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and ensure they're happy.
Serve dishes to residents in a kind manner.
Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean and orderly.
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe.
After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks.
