Northridge Village is a premier senior living community located in Ames, IA, offering independent living, assisted living, rehab, and long-term care. We are seeking a dedicated Culinary/Dietary Aide to join our team and provide a restaurant-style dining experience for residents and guests.

The role focuses on serving nutritious meals, following diet orders and safety procedures, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. Training, a supportive team, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Serv Safe certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and provide restaurant-style dining experience.
• Follow diet orders and tray cards and work assignments.
• Ensure meal orders are delivered accurately and note dietary restrictions.
