Job summary

Raintree Village in Lincoln, NE is seeking a dedicated Culinary/Dietary Aide to support dining services for our senior residents. The role includes serving meals, ensuring diet orders are followed, and maintaining a clean, safe dining space.

You will assist with food preparation support, help create a restaurant-style experience, and participate in meetings and training programs to foster quality care. Full-time opportunities with competitive wages and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Serv Safe certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and snacks to residents and guests.
• Perform cleaning routines for the Dietary Department.
• Create a restaurant-style dining experience through service and collaboration.
• Follow diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.
• Deliver accurate meal orders and note any dietary restrictions.
• Assist with cleaning after meals and set up for next meal.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation, keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies as directed by Culinary Director.
• Attend department meetings and educational programs.
