Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reads, writes, and communicates in English with Residents.
• Current Food Handlers Card as required by the Department of Health.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Proficient written and oral communication with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Craftsman: prepare all menu items per recipes and standards with appealing presentation.
• Maintain health protocols, proper hygiene, sanitary food prep, and correct food temperatures.
• Culinary Connector: get to know residents, their preferences and needs, and participate in orientations.
