Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Cook at the Vitalia Active Adult Community in Solon, OH. The role covers a Friday–Saturday 6:30am–2:00pm shift, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour.

You will prepare menu items to standard, present meals attractively, and support a warm, home-like environment for residents. Candidates must be 18+, be able to read, write and communicate in English with residents, hold a valid Food Handlers Card, and demonstrate leadership, training, and strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Must have a current Food Handlers Card as specified by the Department of Health.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Strong written and oral communication with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items per established standards and recipes, delivering high-quality meals.
• Follow health protocols, maintain proper hygiene, and ensure safe food temperatures.
• Get to know residents, their preferences, and participate in orientations.
