Job summary

Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Stow community in Stow, OH is seeking a Cook for a full-time role with an 11:30am-7:30pm shift, Tuesday through Saturday. The position offers pay between $18 and $24 per hour and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will prepare menu items according to established standards, maintain health/sanitation practices, and deliver high-quality meals that meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Current Food Handlers Card required.
• Experience with leadership, training, and supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and staff.
• Must stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items per established standards/recipes.
• Ensure health protocols, hygiene, and proper temperatures.
• Familiarize with residents and their preferences; participate in orientations.
