Qualifications

• Ability to follow prescribed recipes.
• Working knowledge of cooking methods, processes, and materials.
• Two years satisfactory experience as a Food Service Worker or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift.
• Standards of personal hygiene consistent with sanitation rules and regulations.
• Occasional lifting of 26 to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring for daily service.
• Cook dishes using grills, ovens, and fryers, following recipes accurately.
• Portion food by measuring exact servings to control waste and costs.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and track food temperatures.
• Comply with health codes and sanitize stations.
