Olympia Hospitality in Louisville, KY is seeking cooks to safely and efficiently prepare and cook food that keeps guests coming back. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serve-Safe Certification and Allergy Awareness Training preferred.
• Culinary Arts education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items per recipes and quality standards.
• Follow grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing techniques.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and quantities to prevent waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop menu items and specials.
• Stay informed on culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain clean, sanitized kitchen and proper storage.
