Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience.
• Available for all shifts, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a current Food Handler card.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef and Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen tasks.
• Coordinate timing of orders with production schedules.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, entrees, catering trays, and soups.
• Handle counter work during peak periods.
• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering.
• Train new kitchen staff.
• Maintain health and safety sanitation standards.
• Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and employees.
