Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a talented Cook at the Pullman Miami Airport to support culinary production and menu development. You will work with a professional kitchen team to create high-quality dishes and contribute to guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Active food handler's certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and stand for long periods.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in food production for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet and dining services.
• Support menu development reflecting seasonal availability.
• Maintain sanitation and orderly kitchen workspace.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain consistent food quality.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
