Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, at the Pullman Miami Airport, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary department and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee Tavolo Restaurant, Bar, Coffee Club, and Banquet operations, ensuring high quality, cost control, and strong team leadership.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, and collaboration with F&B leadership, hotel operations, and sales teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience.
• Bilingual English / Spanish mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all culinary operations within the hotel.
• Oversee food production and culinary standards for all outlets.
• Develop, review, and maintain hotel menus for outlets and banquets.
• Lead banquet and catering operations and coordinate events.
• Manage food costs, budgeting, and inventory to improve profitability.
• Coach and develop culinary team members and ensure safety training.
