Kaskaid Hospitality in Minneapolis is seeking a skilled line cook to join its UNION Family. This hourly role offers a fast-paced kitchen, training opportunities, and room for advancement, with shifts starting as early as 9 AM and extending into late hours as needed.

Formación

• Able to read and understand English.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Basic math for measurements.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Auditory and visual skills.
• Knowledge of company food & beverage specs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Multi-task oriented.
• Experience with kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, dishwasher, slicers, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Prepares all food items per standard recipes and time limits.
• Assists cooks in preparing basic desserts.
• Preps items according to prep lists and par levels.
• Stores and handles raw or prepared foods and supplies properly.
• Measures and assembles ingredients for recipes; portions meat, fish, poultry.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment and surfaces.
• Maintains a sanitary workstation.
• Follows safe food handling and waste control practices.
• Maintains personal hygiene and dress code compliance.
• Follows safety regulations and reports hazards.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions.
• Adheres to uniform, grooming, safety, and sanitation rules.
