Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special events.
• Follow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practices.
• Work carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as needed.
• Support a strong, team-focused kitchen environment.
