Job summary

HHS, a private hospital services provider, is seeking a friendly cafeteria team member for Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital in Richmond, AL. You will work the register, serve guests with a smile, and help keep the cafe organized for each service period.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stocking, monitoring temperatures, and assisting the team to ensure safe, high-quality meals on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean to maintain floor and high-traffic areas
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
