Oneida Casino Hotel is seeking a Cook III to supervise food preparation across dining outlets with a focus on quality and presentation. This role requires strong leadership and culinary skills to maintain high standards and coordinate kitchen operations.

You will work with budgeting basics and food safety compliance, mentor kitchen staff, and respond quickly to issues in a fast-paced environment. The position offers Daily Pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive kitchen experience, or a culinary graduate with 2+ years in a hotel or related field.
• State-mandated Food Handlers Certification required by state regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost control.
