Job summary
Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Brand Designer to own the brand direction and develop full identity systems. You will lead naming, story, and logo/iconography, and create visual assets for a range of platforms, including photography for AI asset generation.
The role emphasizes rapid iteration in a startup environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of brand design experience with a strong portfolio across identity systems, typography, and media like photography and video, and proficiency in Figma
Qualifications
- 3+ years of brand design experience with full identity systems
- Experience in photography and video production
- Strong typography and layout fundamentals
- Experience designing for food/hospitality/CPG and packaging
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Startup/build environment experience
Responsibilities
- Own brand direction: mood boards and brand synopsis defining identity
- Lead brand naming, story, and logo/iconography from brief to full identity
- Execute component photography and hero imagery for AI asset generation
- Produce the full OFO asset pack and marketing assets (website, social, merch)
- Build and maintain a design system and templating toolkit for scalable output
- Support digital onboarding and launch with platform-ready creative
- Work in tight sprints with fast feedback and iteration
