Lab37 Robotics in Los Angeles is seeking a Brand Designer to create and evolve the full identity system for our food-production robotics branding. You will lead mood boards, naming, and logo work, while building a scalable asset library for AI-generated visuals and marketplace listings.

The role emphasizes photography and video, packaging-aware design for food contexts, and rapid prototyping within a startup environment. On-site collaboration in LA with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of brand design experience with full identity systems.
• Experience in photography and video productions.
• Strong typography and layout fundamentals.
• Experience designing for food/CPG packaging, menus, and food-adjacent visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own brand direction: mood boards and brand synopsis defining visual and narrative identity.
• Lead brand naming, brand story, and logo/iconography from concept to full identity system.
• Execute component photography and hero imagery for AI assets and marketplace listings.
• Produce the full OFO asset pack and marketing assets (website, social, merch).
• Build and maintain a design system and templating toolkit for scalable asset production.
• Support digital onboarding and launch with platform-ready creative.
• Work in tight sprints with fast feedback cycles and iteration.
