Position Overview

We are hiring Line Cooks / Prep Cooks for our Resort Culinary Team. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing, planning, and organizing food production and line setup.
2. Maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, menu items, ingredients, and recipes.
3. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of workstations.
4. Performing prep work for daily menus and organizing ingredients for service.
5. Following proper storage, sanitation, and safety procedures.
6. Assisting with inventory and plating banquet hot meals as assigned.
7. Performing other kitchen duties as needed.

This is a seasonal position with pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
