Job summary

Gable Pines is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our Lifespark Senior Living community in Vadnais Heights. This role supports dining services, serves residents, and helps maintain a welcoming, home-like atmosphere for seniors across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.

Shifts available are Full-Time and Part-Time with a wage range of $15.50 to $20.50 per hour. Previous senior living experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient-centered service in a senior living setting.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents and families.
• Demonstrated teamwork in a dining or caregiving environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining trays and tables, serve and bus trays, pour beverages.
• Deliver nourishment and snacks to residents.
• Transport carts and deliver trays to appropriate areas.
• Maintain clean utensils and dishes and support kitchen operations.
• Assist in food preparation and turnover as needed.
