Job summary

Elk River Senior Living is hiring a Culinary Assistant/Server in Elk River, MN. The role supports preparation, distribution and service of meals for residents, families, and staff in a warm, resident-focused environment.

Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available with a wage range of $15.50–$20.50 per hour. Prior experience in senior living is welcomed; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Able to relate professionally with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour beverages and assist in preparing food.
• Transport carts and deliver trays to appropriate areas.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks as needed.
• Maintain steady work pace to provide clean utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, and wash soiled dishes.
