Job summary

Bel Rae Senior Living in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join the team. The role combines food service with companion care in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, serving residents, families, and staff.

Shifts include Full-Time and Part-Time with a wage range of $15.50-$20.50 per hour. Ideal candidates are compassionate, professional, and able to interact positively with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
