Job summary

Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to join our caring team. You will assist in the preparation, distribution and service of meals for residents, families and staff while helping maintain a welcoming dining environment that promotes resident well‑being.

Shifts are 7:00am-1:30pm (26 hours/week) or per diem evenings with rotating weekends/holidays. Wage is $15.45-$18.80 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to perform kitchen duties and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
