Job summary

NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis at our Champlin, MN location. You will assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating a warm, respectful dining environment that supports resident well-being.

Shifts are on-call with wage between $15.50 and $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must relate professionally with residents, families and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
