Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 hourly depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation according to the established menu.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures.
• Wash and store dishes properly.
• Serve residents in the dining room during meals.
• Clean kitchen and food service areas daily.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all.
• Respond promptly to residents’ requests.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Participate in training and meetings.
• Dress appropriately and maintain professionalism.
• Assist with training new staff when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than one year of related experience or training acceptable.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
