Job summary

Lincoln Village Senior Living is seeking a dependable Culinary Assistant to join our dining services team at 403 - Lincoln Village, Port Washington, WI. This role supports residents with meals and strives to create a welcoming dining experience for older adults.

Prior healthcare or food-service experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and passion for serving residents are essential. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or food-service experience is helpful but not required.

• You’ll assist with food preparation, meal service, kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal production under the direction of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests, and take individual food orders as needed.
• Help with inventory, organization of food and supplies, and proper food handling and storage.
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining and kitchen areas and follow infection-control procedures.
