Job summary

• Ability to follow instructions and make independent decisions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, residents, families and colleagues.
• Comfort working with elderly residents in a care facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and attractively presented.
• Provide Platinum Service to residents, guests and staff.
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and policies.
• Assist with daily cleaning duties and dining room setup.
• Set up meal trays, carts and dining areas, and assist with catering/buffet setups.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and workspace, and ensure supplies are ready for the next meal.
